RETURNS, LEAD TIMES AND COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Pentland Medical endeavour to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained and are always welcome to feedback to ensure our processes are as efficient as they can be. If you have any questions about product ordering/returns or would like to provide feedback or make a complaint, please follow our guidelines below:

Standard Lead Times

  • If your purchase order is received by 3pm (mon-fri), we aim to deliver via UPS for next-day, unless placed on Friday; delivery will be Monday.
  • We try to ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained at all times. However, if we are experiencing stock issues for any reason, we will raise this with the order requisitioner and inform them of an ETA
  • Please contact us for a quote regarding an expediated delivery service (9am or pre-12pm)

Returns Policy/Procedure

  • If you ordered the incorrect goods, please contact us to discuss in the first instance. We will arrange to send the correct goods and ask you to arrange a return delivery of the incorrect goods to our distribution centre:
    RETURN ADDRESS: Pentland Medical, 30 Bankhead Dr, Sighthill, Edinburgh EH11 4EQ
  • If we shipped the incorrect goods, please contact us via phone or form and we will arrange for the collection of the goods, via UPS. We will process the correct products order on the same day for delivery next-day.
