So pleased, it does exactly what it says it will do
The staff were really helpful although the order needed to be placed online. Delivery was so quick it took me by surprise! I would have liked printed instructions but managed to set it up with help from my daughter who is more tech savvy than me! I am really pleased, it does exactly what I want it to. Very close family members are helpers and we have also set up a messaging group. We are all learning but I believe the tag will be invaluable.

Otiom tag
We have been using the Otiom tag and app to support my gran who has recently been diagnosed with dementia. The app and tag were easy to set up - the app talks you through the process step by step. You can add others to receive location updates etc on the app by sending an invite. We’ve been able to set up a safety zone so the app doesn’t go off all the time but it’s given us peace of mind if my gran does wander further than usual that we’ll be notified and able to find her quickly. Would definitely recommend as it’s supporting my gran to remain at home.

Great support, great device and accurate GPS system. I have peace of mind to know that my father can be found so easily when activating the Otiom GPS and I'm so happy with all aspects of it. Great as a keyring to add pictures onto and we've decorated the Otiom tag. My father takes it everywhere now pictures of his mother and father are attached to the tag.
The device is giving us an element of comfort and there is a safety net there. From dad's point of view, he's quite happy with it and happily wears the tag around his neck. It's providing him with a safety net for going about his day.
I have a young 40 year old resident who suffers from Huntington disease. This resident was trying to leave the building and did leave on a couple of occasions. With this resident and his family being very happy with the placement, they did not want to move to a more secure unit. The home then started to look for a device for the resident and staff to feel safe and able to remain at the home of his choice.
