Composition
Six gelatin capsules, each containing 20 radiopaque polyurethane ring markers containing 40% barium sulphate USP CL. IV.
The capsules are numbered. Every capsule contains exactly the same type of ring markers.
Description
This test is a diagnostic aid which has been developed in order to investigate the passage of the contents of the colon and the rhythm of elimination. A package contains 6 capsules.
Only one (1) capsule should be used per patient.
Each capsule contains 20 radioopaque markers which do not undergo any changes in the gastrointestinal tract. Without any special preparation of the patient, it is possible to reconstruct the activity of the colon.
